Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and talented Senior Software Engineers to join a fun, extremely talented team of highly experienced engineers. The right candidate will be contributing to the System Testing related to Field & Protocol Testing of Next Generation Android Smartphones in collaboration with our customers/partners. Responsibilities include: Designs, Develops Test Plans, Test Cases, Frameworks, Tools, Debugs the system with detailed reporting for new derivatives and enhancements for upcoming Android Platform Designs.

Skills:

Good experience in Shell/Perl/Python scripting is a must


Good experience in C/C++ programming is a must


Good understanding of Wireless standards (GSM, GPRS, EGPRS and WCDMA) is essential


Experience in IOT and Live Network testing is essential


Experience in Test Plan development, Test Case execution, Debugging and Reporting of issues


Experience in conformance testing such as GCF/PTCRB of mobile platform using in-house test equipment & at official test house


Experience with testing and/or software development of Android based Smartphone applications is an advantage


Knowledge of HSDPA/HSUPA is an advantage


Exposure to UMTS/GSM test simulators and test systems like Anite, R&S, Racal, Anritsu and Agilent is an advantage

Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ yrs experience in industry covering the above

General Qualifications:

A grad/post-grad/degree (e.g., BE/BS/ME/MS/MCA) in C.Sc. or related engineering program in the area of software development with good academic track record


Good Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal


Good understanding of SW Engineering processes & methodologies


Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities


Good mix of technical understanding & strong working knowledge
